Author Information

Ruth A. Shapiro is Chief Executive of the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society (CAPS), a research and advisory organization based in Hong Kong. She was also the founder and chief executive of the Asia Business Council.  She is the author of The Real Problem Solvers, as well as a co-author of Building Energy Efficiency.   ​Manisha Mirchandani was a Project Director at the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society. She has also worked with The Economist Group and The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU).   Heesu Jang is a Research Associate for the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society. Heesu worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and for Bloomberg.
