Claude T. Moorman, III, MD, is the director of sports medicine at Duke University, Durham, NC, where he played football as a college student. Donald T. Kirkendall, PhD, is an exercise physiologist who has held academic and clinical appointments throughout his career. Ruben J. Echemendia, PhD, is a clinical psychologist in the private practice of clinical neuropsychology in State College, PA.
