Table of ContentsReviewsPractical Nutritional Support Techniques is a very well written and easily understood manual of providing nutrition support. It provides a very readable reference for understanding nutritional therapy, an area of learning that is often lacking at many training programs. I highly recommend this book to gastroenterologists. <p>-- Mark DeLEgge, MD, Practical Gastroenterology Author InformationAlan L. Buchman, MD, MSPH Alan L.
