She is widely known for innovative programme design and executive coaching that delivers results. Her clients include the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Vodafone, BBC Worldwide, The NHS, Lloyds Bank, Kerry Foods and BG Group. Gerry Reffo, CMG was Head of Learning and Development in the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and is now a senior independent HR consultant and Ashridge Business School accredited executive coach.
