Rev. Dr. Barbara J. Sands is a seasoned pastor, spiritual leader, and author with over four decades of dedication to ministry and service. Born and raised in Morganton, North Carolina, she has been a guiding force within the United Methodist Church, pastoring four congregations over 43 years and serving seven years in the administrative office of the Baltimore-Washington Conference. Her journey has taken her across the globe, from exploring eight regions in Africa to leading seven spiritual pilgrimages to the Holy Land.
