Elizete Maria Lourenço is a professor at the Electrical Engineering Department of the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil. Her research addresses computational methods for the analysis and operation of transmission and distribution systems; particularly power system state estimation. She serves on the editorial boards or as reviewer for numerous journals, including IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Energy, IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution and Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy. João Bosco Augusto London Junior is a professor at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the EESC-University of São Paulo, Brazil. His research interests are primarily concerned with real-time modelling and analysis of transmission and distribution systems, focusing on state estimation and service restoration problems. He serves as reviewer for numerous key journals, including IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, IEEE Transactions on Smart Grids, Electric Power Systems Research and IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution.
