Walter Dusseldorp, MBA, FACHE, EMT-Paramedic has served the Hudson Valley for the past 27 years in his capacity as a Paramedic, Lieutenant Paramedic, Flight Medic and President of the Hudson Valley Paramedic Association. His passion and energies have focused on the furtherance of our Paramedic profession. Walter is seen by his peers as a Positude Paramedic, Coach and Mentor to aspiring students, volunteers and Paramedics alike. Walter wrote Positude Paramedic as guide to making the right career decisions, to ask the right questions, and to develop evidenced based action plans. Walter also shares his personal experiences from which we can learn by relating not comparing. Walter has previously released a best selling book titled Positude Leadership which he highly recommends to all aspiring leaders.
