Robert Barnett left school in the 10th grade to pursue a trade in automobile mechanics and a GED in the Job Corps. After fulfilling his childhood dream to work at the largest car dealer in the world, he moved into industrial trades in high speed printing, injection molding, blow molding machine assembly, and facilities' maintenance specializing in recycling plastics. Having won a Quill award in 1997 for a local newspaper, he started seeking God in his life and began writing about his experiences, applying technical knowledge in doing so. He lives in South Central Pennsylvania with his wife of 28 years and four adult children nearby. He continues to pursue his dreams of being a writer and drawing closer to God.
