Reviews

I had the privilege of proofreading Marie's book before it went to print. Having never sought out a 'self-help' book, I was doubtful about its relevance to my life. But I can wholeheartedly say that Marie's tips go through my head daily, whether that's taking a second to pause and think of the better response before reacting to my teenager, organising my overflowing email inbox so that I don't feel adrift in a sea of loose ends, or being my own best friend instead of a critic. Marie's approachable style makes you feel like she's right there beside you, supporting and encouraging you as you go. HB. Congratulations to you Marie on the personal diligence and dedication you have put into writing this book and having read the contents I am convinced it will genuinely help others to live a calmer, happier, healthier life.
