If you are considering this book and reading reviews, then CONGRATULATIONS! I applaud you for looking for resources, even if you have a small inkling that you may have a highly sensitive child. I'll cut to the chase, just buy the book. At the very least, it can help any parent address sensitivities in children, and at the most, it can revolutionize the way you care for and bring up a highly sensitive child. They are gifts to the world and their gifts need to be nurtured to maximize their highest potential. Being a highly sensitive person myself, I will also say that reading this book had me wishing that MY parents read it when I was growing up...
