Bryer is professor in the School of Public Administration and coordinator of the Doctoral Program in Public Affairs—Public Administration Track within the College of Health and Public Affairs at the University of Central Florida. Sofia Prysmakova-Rivera is a PhD student studying public affairs within the College of Health and Public Affairs at the University of Central Florida.
