His leadership experience spans more than forty years. Ray is recognized by his peers as a leader of leaders, a whiteboard aficionado, and an innovative growth strategist with a passion for purpose-driven cultures and values-based leadership development. His business coaching, mentoring, and personal ministry have given him a unique perspective on the wide range of struggles leaders face in all walks of life. A skilled communicator, Ray has served as editor in chief for Oklahoma's largest weekly news journal, hosted an award-winning radio program, and been a keynote speaker for conventions, conferences, and campuses. He has published more than 150 articles and feature stories in print and online publications, including The Baptist Messenger, The Oklahoman, the Oklahoma Press Association, and others. Ray holds a BA degree from the University of Oklahoma.
