Dr Harshal Ashok Pawar, MPharm, PhD, MD (AM) is currently working as an Associate Professor with Dr L. H. Hiranandani College of Pharmacy, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra (Affiliated to University of Mumbai, India). He has more than 20 years of teaching-cum-industry research experience. He worked with various pharmaceutical industries like Medley, Charak and Alkem Research Centre. He has published more than 100 research and review articles in various national / international journals of repute. Ms Dhingra Bhagyashree Sanjay Sneh, BPharm, MPharm earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in pharmacy at the Dr L. H. Hiranandani College of Pharmacy. She has held a faculty position as an academician, where she learnt a lot about instructing and guiding students. Despite being new in the field, she has actively participated in research during her postgraduation and published review articles. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) was the subject of her MPharm research, which highlights her strong interest in clinical pharmacy and women's health.
