He is Director of the Collingwood and British Idealism Centre at Cardiff. He was formerly a professor of Political Theory and Government at the University of Wales, Swansea. Past works include 'Political Theories of International Relations' (1998), 'Social Justice: From Hume to Walzer' (edited with Paul Kelly, 1998) and 'The Social Contract From Hobbes to Rawls' (edited with Paul Kelly, 1994). Paul Kelly is a Senior Lecturer in Political Theory at LSE. He has previously taught as a Lecturer in Politics at the University of Wales, Swansea.
