Author Information

Mats Berdal is Professor of Security and Development in the Department of War Studies at King's College London. He is Visiting Professor at The Norwegian Defence Command and Staff College and a Consulting Senior Fellow at the IISS, and author/editor of several books. Dominik Zaum is Professor of Governance, Conflict and Security at the University of Reading, and a Senior Research Fellow in Conflict and Fragility at the UK Department for International Development (DFID). He is author of several books on peace- and statebuilding.
