Peter Winch (19261997) was Professor of Philosophy at King's College London and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Michael Campbell is Assistant Professor in the Department of Ethics at Kyoto University. Lynette Reid is Associate Professor in the Department of Bioethics at Dalhousie University.
