Zbigniew Witkowski is Full Professor for Constitutional Law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University Toruń. Prof. Dr. Martin Löhnig ist Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Bürgerliches Recht, Deutsche und Europäische Rechtsgeschichte sowie Kirchenrecht an der Universität Regensburg. Prof. NCU dr hab.
