He is currently Vice President and General Manager of Crown Energy Company. Garry holds a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor's in city management from Texas State University formerly Southwest Texas State University. He attended American University in Washington D.C. while clerking for the FBI.
