Chen Huiying, also known as Victoria Chen, was born in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, and now resides in the United States. After experiencing the social transformations of modern China in her youth, she later built a long-standing career in international trade and business. Since 2014, she has devoted herself to painting and gradually developed a distinctive artistic path centered on the integration of poetry and visual art. Beginning in late 2023, she started literary writing in earnest and has since written more than 700 poems. By the end of 2025, she completed seven collections in her poetry-and-painting series, including Poetry & Painting Bound by Affection, Poetry & Painting Bound by Dreams, Poetry & Painting Bound by Fate, Poetry & Painting Bound by Beauty, Poetry & Painting Bound by Love, Poetry & Art From a Wise Heart I, and Poetry & Art From a Wise Heart II.
