Self-proclaimed explorer and avid shutterbug, Shawna is the person behind Instagram account @ExploringEdinburgh. Despite having visited Edinburgh many times throughout her childhood, her love affair with the Scottish capital really began when she moved to the city to study. As Shawna explored, she started documenting her discoveries on Instagram and what originated as a fun project developed into a major passion and a realisation that Andrew Carnegie's words are absolutely true: 'There is no habitation of human beings in this world so fine in its way as this, the capital of Scotland.'
