Alex Oxton, who grew up watching Doctor Who and playing copious amounts of video games, is a children's book illustrator with an enduring fascination for all things sci-fi and fantasy. Alex initially set their sights on becoming a video game concept artist, but fell in love with children's book illustration while studying Illustration at the University of Lincoln.
