After graduating from Sophia University, Mr. Takahashi joined Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he experienced a wide variety of management processes from programming based on C and C++ to process design. Mr. Takahashi then joined Capgemini, where he managed several consulting projects on management control and performance management. Next, Mr. Takahashi joined Sony Global Solutions to experience management not only as an external consultant but also as an insider. There, Mr. Takahashi was the youngest project manager in the organization and directed global system development projects as a PMO leader. He also has experience in off-shore development in India. Born in Fukuoka, Mr. Takahashi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Sophia University, where he researched organizational theory and Japanese management. Andrew Neuman is Vice President of Business Development and Project Management at MSOL, Inc. Prior to joining MSOL, Inc., Mr. Neuman was President of the Japan Society of Northern California, Project Manager at NEC Corporation of America, and Project Manager at Yahoo, Inc. Mr. Neuman also has several years of experience as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. While completing his Bachelor's Degree at UC Davis, Mr. Neuman studied for one year at International Christian University in Tokyo, Japan, and later went on to earn his MBA with Japanese Concentration at the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Business at Cornell University. Mr. Neuman is a currently certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese.
