Author Information

Janina Edwards, a graduate of New York University's Tisch Schools of the Arts, recorded her first audiobook in 1987. She was born in Chicago, soaked in New York City's African and West Indian accents for 11 years, and for the past twenty years has swum in the swagger of the south (Atlanta, Georgia). As a result, she excels in portraying authentic characters and voices the African Diaspora. Her 2018 audiobook, The Wedding Date, is an AudioFile Earphones Award winner, and Voice of Freedom (2016, Dreamscape) was an Audie Award finalist. In addition to narrating audiobooks, she is a certified yoga teacher, sings kirtan, and plays the violin. Novelist, screenwriter, nonfiction author, book collaborator, literary agent, and former book publisher and editor, Gary M. Krebs is the founder of GMK Writing and Editing, Inc. He received his BFA from the Dramatic Writing Program, Tisch School of the Arts (NYU). Gary has collaborated on numerous books, including Playing Dead (with Monique Faison Ross), Wealth Made Easy (with Dr. Greg S. Reid), and Creating Sales Stars (with Stephan Schiffman). He lives in Fairfield, Connecticut, with his family and two cats. Monique Faison Ross was born in San Francisco and grew up as an only child in San Diego, California. She considers herself an accidental author. She recently accepted a seat on the Fatality Review Task Force for Connecticut. Her writings have appeared in Lilith Magazine and other publications. Monique is married and lives in Connecticut. She has four children and one grandchild.
