Plant based diet of human is an important guideline to low the risk of disease. Therefore it is necessary to maintain the nutritive value of plants. Also the nutrients present in soil are in unavailable form. The rhizosphere region is highly favorable habitat for the proliferation and metabolism of numerous types of microorganisms. The rhizosphere microbial population is important to maintain root health, nutrient uptake, and tolerate environmental stress.
