Matthias Bohlinger, born 1970, studied Civil Engineering - Traffic Management - in Aachen. Following positions in engineering of traffic systems, infrastructural and traffic planning and modeling as well as trafficmanagement, Bollinger received his PhD (Dr.-Ing.) in engineering from TU Darmstadt 2006. He recently worked on concepts for traffic modeling, traffic management and operations research, especially on evaluation of such models.
