Author Information

Ben Ricco was born just outside of Naples. When he opened his restaurant he was disappointed to learn that electric ovens couldn't produce the same traditional pizza he loved in Italy. He decided to build his own in his family home, and in 1995 opened Napoli in Bocca (Naples in your mouth), serving traditional Neapolitan Pizza to enthusiastic restaurant- goers.
