US HISTORY reveals that 11 (eleven) Declarations Of War by Resolution have been enforced by the US Congress since the year 1776, and there have been, of course, many more wars throughout human history. Clearly, humans generally, are not a peaceful species. So... how do humans explain such departure from their warring ways?
