A Paralympic gold medalist, Tahl has won over 125 major championships and titles. Tahl has completed degrees in Philosophy and Sociology from Queens College (CUNY) as well as a Masters degree in Urban Studies. He is currently attending the New York University Silver School of Social Work, and is working towards a Master of Social Work. Tahl would eventually like to open a table tennis center for marginalized individuals offering table tennis instruction and psychotherapy. Tahl lives in Queens, New York with his wife and two dogs.
