She was born in France in 1985. After graduating from the Émile Cohl School of Lyon in 2006, she published comics and illustrations for Akileos, Dupuis, Le Lombard (French publishing houses). Touched by aesthetics and elegance of a universe that has been polished by the patina of time, Maly found herself in a pictorial genre in harmony with her tastes and passions: the pin-up girl. In 2009, she moved in Montreal, where her international ""pin-up artist"" career took off: as requested by the British high fashion house Vivienne Westwood, she designs, in 2010, the muse of perfume Naughty Alice. Then the brand Playboy offers her to give life to two new muses for Play It Pin-up and perfume Play It Sexy, respectively in 2013 and 2014. In this book, she pays tribute to two of her models: Bettie Page and Dita Von Teese Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
