He is a graduate of Lincoln University in PA, and he has a M.S. and a Ph.D. from Howard University. For over 27 years, he has served as a college professor, a biomedical researcher and an African-centered scholar/activist. He is a distinguished educator who appreciates interdisciplinary studies. He has served as an Assistant Professor at Morehouse College in Atlanta GA and an Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Psychology at Clark Atlanta University. Dr. Moore has earned Tenure and Full Professor at two academic institutions. During his administrative roles, he has served as the Chair of the Department of Psychology at Fayetteville State University in North Carolina and the Department of Psychology at Clark Atlanta University. His specialty courses are both in the field of Neuroscience and African-Centered Psychology. Throughout his academic career, he has been actively involved in the Departments of Psychology, Biology and Africana and Women's Studies.
