Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationMichele Griffin is a pediatric occupational therapist. While working as a therapist, she was intrigued by the children who were 'extra-sensitive'. They often demonstrated strong dislikes for haircuts, loud noises, tags in shirts, seams on socks and food with lumps. Sensitive children or those with 'sensory issues' are challenging for parents to rear! Therefore, these children and their parents were the inspiration for this book. She hopes this book will help foster communication, tolerance and understanding between parent and child. Michele is a compulsive 'doodler' and watercolor artist. She illustrated Picky Pete as well. Michele has been married to her husband for 12 years, has 3 beautiful children and one dog. They live on Long Island, New York. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
