Piano methods have always been contentious subjects. Bernard King is a pianist, psychotherapist and teacher having taught extensively at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music, where he was co-founder of the Scottish International Piano Competition. He has also been an examiner for ABRSM, and specialises in working therapeutically with musicians experiencing performance anxieties.
