OverviewPhoebe and Marigold decide to investigate a powerful storm that is wreaking havoc with the electricity in their town. The adults think it's just winter weather, but Phoebe and Marigold soon discover that all is not what it seems to be, and that the storm may have a magical cause. To solve the case, they team up with Max, who is desperate for the electricity to return so he can play video games, and frenemy Dakota, who is aided by her goblin minions. Together, they must get to the bottom of the mystery and save the town from the magic storm. Born in Saginaw, Michigan, Cortney Scott Wright is a screenwriter, as well as a film and television actress. A graduate from the University of Michigan with a BFA in theater performance, she played lead roles in off-Broadway theater productions of Grease and Flyin' West before steadily booking lead roles in acclaimed regional theater, such as the award-winning Joe Turner's Come and Gone at The Fountain Theatre in Los Angeles. She had a lead role in the Toni Braxton biopic Unbreak My Heart for A&E/ Lifetime, played a recurring role in the long-running soap General Hospital, and was a guest star in the comedy series Game Shakers for Nickelodeon. Her animated comedy pilot, Toy Detectives, is currently in development with Mads Munk, executive producer of the Lego cartoon series franchise for M2 Film and M2 Animation. Most recently she wrote and directed the short film Sheer Desperation, which is currently in festivals. She is also a staff writer on the Blippi Franchise for Moonbug Entertainment. Maxwell Glick is an actor based in Los Angeles. He has appeared on television in guest roles in numerous shows such as The Office and Castle. He also has voiced numerous commercials, audiobooks, and cartoons. Originally a regional theater actor, Glick has played Arpad in She Loves Me, Matt in The Fantasticks, and Eugene in Brighton Beach Memoirs. A New York native, he is a graduate of Boston College.
