On one side of this large sheet there are short essays describing and charting the culture of the people and the country. Commentary includes background to the country's 'discovery' by Ferdinand Magellen in 1521 and text on the more recent return to democracy in 1986 - and information on much more in between these dates, including food, art and festivals. This side of the sheet includes 26 colour photos and a map of the islands. On the other side of the sheet, the map shows visitors the locations for sites and activities - supported by colour photos and descriptions of the main attractions.
