It comprises classroom resources to support the SSP programme and a range of phonic readers that together provide a consistent and highly effective approach to teaching phonics. Pop is always there for Jazz! This clever hearing dog helps him everyday, alerting Jazz to things he won't be able to hear and providing any support he may need. Lucy Rogers is an award-winning deaf illustrator based in Oxfordshire, England. Lucy was shortlisted for the Penguin Student Design Award of 2019 for her book cover of Wonder. She has led a series of illustration workshops for young deaf people at the NDCS and at the Deaf Academy. Some of the books Lucy has illustrated are The Night the Moon Went Out, The Quest for the Cockle Implant, and many more.
