OverviewFor the assessment of analgesic property of the plant extract using acetic acid induced writhing pain model in Wistar albino rats, which were divided into five groups (n=6 per group) with group I serving as control. Group II received paracetamol @ 100 mg/kg and group III, IV and V rats were administered with METO orally @ 200, 300 and 400 mg per kg respectively.
