Overview

One morning, Petey goes to the beach to play with friends, but finds a wounded group of animals in need of his help. After hearing their plight, Petey vows to help them. Rose Anita Loverdi was born and raised in New Jersey. Like most South Jersey kids growing up, protection of the farmlands and wetlands were taught to be an endeared part of the New Jersey culture. She is a professional artist and copywriter who continues to lead and work on numerous projects and public relation campaigns. She has contributed her skills to the classroom, initially as a professor, but as a licensed teacher where she created curricula from kindergarten through college for several academic institutions. She continues to advocate for children, animal and environmental welfare issues.
