OverviewThe one thing that all successful pastoral leaders have in common is their drive for improvement -both in who one is and what one does - a fierce commitment to their own lifelong formation and an unflinching quest for personal excellence. This workbook is used in ongoing formation programs at the Institute for Priests and Presbyerates at St. Meinrad School of Theology. It provides a framework for priests to examine their lives, both ministerial and personal, and set goals for growth. In this handbook, many different areas of focus and growth are recommended. It is your job, through prayerful discernment, to put in place a manageable plan that has realistic goals and healthy benchmarks for evaluation. You will be amazed at how such a simple tool in your life can lead to radical transformation.
