He is currently vice chancellor for research at Metabolic Disorders Research Center, Endocrinology and Metabolism Cellular-Molecular Sciences Institute in Tehran, Iran. His research focuses on the stem cell translation from the basic to the clinic and GMP-compliant manufacturing for cellular therapy.
