Author Information

Mark Fleishman is Professor of Drama at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is a director of Magnet Theatre, and has created works for the company over the past 20 years, performed nationally and internationally. His previous publications include articles in journals such as Theatre Research International, Journal for Artistic Research, Contemporary Theatre Review and the South African Theatre Journal and chapters in books including Performing Heritage (eds. Anthony Jackson & Jenny Kidd, 2011) and Performing Cities (ed. Nicolas Whybrow, 2014).
