He has published a number of books in the PSSRU series including: Long-Term Care: Matching Resources and Needs (co-edited); and Towards Quality Care: Outcomes for Older People in Care Homes (co-authored). Paul Clarkson is Research Fellow at the Personal Social Services Research Unit at the University of Manchester, UK. He has worked on a studies of assessment of older people, home support for people with severe mental health problems and performance measurement. Raymond Warburton works for the Department of Health, UK.
