Michael Brustein, PsyD, is the supervising psychologist at the James J. Peters VA Medical Centre in the Bronx, NY. He provides assessment and individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults in his private practice and participates in a group forensic practice where he frequently administers the MMPI-2, PAI, and WAIS-III for court room clients. Dr. Brustein has taught courses on abnormal psychology, theories of personality, psychotherapy techniques, group therapy, self psychology, psychodynamics of substance abuse, and bereavement at William Paterson University, The College of New Rochelle, and Brooklyn College.
