Findings reveal notable gaps in areas such as integrity, responsibility, negotiation, and computer literacy. Employers prioritized self-management, teamwork, and adaptability, while graduates often overestimated their preparedness. The study highlights the need for closer alignment between academic training and industry needs to enhance the job readiness of veterinary graduates.
