Reviews

This is a comprehensive introduction to peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) for the treatment of achalasia and other motility disorders of the esophagus. ... written for surgical endoscopists who wish to expand their practice into the treatment of motility disorders of the esophagus. ... This book ... does a commendable job of presenting a thorough discussion of what a successful POEM program looks like. For individuals looking to maximize their exposure to the topic, this is a must-have book. (Peter Nau, Doody's Book Reviews, September, 2017)
