Overview

A position does not define a person, but a person defines the position. Dr. Kiran Bedi defined the position of the Lt. Governor of Puducherry. I have strived to share my work as an intern at Raj Nivas in a simple and forthright manner for the benefit of readers. I hope to impact the student community by awakening their inner potential for dedicating themselves to 'work' from a young age by continually learning to upscale their individual talent. My collaborative work with the Government departments and meeting with the Collector of Karaikal gave me an eagle's eye into the multifold facets of administrative governance. This book aims to inspire young minds to channel their energy for the welfare of our motherland. Documenting my experiences and learnings in the book covers personal writings and prepared reports during the internship. Lt. Governor Dr. Kiran Bedi is known as a fearless police officer. I witnessed the Lt. Governor's motherly side in ensuring the academic progress of interns at Raj Nivas. I sincerely hope that each of you enjoy reading the book as you travel through my time as an intern at the Office of Lt. Governor.
