Peter Calvert has extensive experience in Buddhist Vipassana meditation. He has led meditation groups since 1998, and is the author of several books on spiritual topics. Carolyn Longden began her spiritual journey after discovering the energy of colour. She has since learned to apply meditation techniques to energy healing. After learning Reiki, Trisha Wren found meditation helped her further develop her skills as an animal communicator and healer. Richard Bentley is a wordsmith with a science background who has an ongoing interest in unseen energies and entities.
