Overview

In ancient times, there was a tyrannical king who enslaved the people, and he had a sorcerer who helped him in this. When the sorcerer grew old, he asked the king to bring him a boy whom he could teach sorcery to take his place after his death. So, the king brought him a clever boy, and he began teaching him sorcery. While the boy was going back and forth to the sorcerer, he passed by a monk worshipping in his hermitage. The boy was drawn to him and began learning the religion from him. God opened his heart to faith and granted him several miracles, making him a cause for healing people from blindness, leprosy, and other diseases. The people loved him, and news of him spread. The king heard about him, so he imprisoned and tortured him. He killed the monk and his blind companion. He tried to kill the boy but was unable. Then, the boy showed the king the only way to kill him: gather all the people in one open place, crucify the boy on a tree, take an arrow from his (the boy's) quiver, and shoot him after saying, ""In the name of God, the Lord of the boy."" After his death, all the people believed. Then, this tyrant had them burned in a ditch of fire. Inside this book you will discover: A very inspiring story of a miracle boy and a tyrant king Beautiful illustrations for every scene of the story Profound lessons about patience, trust in Allah and faith
