Along with Three, she has been instrumental in developing a hiring and training method using the People First mantra, in order to create a positive work culture that's nurturing and develops future leaders. It's always been her passion as a manager to coach and train employees to take ownership of their jobs and learn leadership skills. She put her passion into action by being the Director of Extraordinary for the Coaching Department for six years, where she mentored and trained leaders of all levels across the service industry. Jackie regularly speaks on the subject of hiring, onboarding, and culture development at several universities, regional educational seminars, and various industry conferences, like Professional Club Marketing Association and the Club Managers Association of America. She is known in the industry for being one of the youngest mangers to earn the prestigious Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation. Born and raised a farm girl from Iowa, she has an undergraduate degree in hospitality from Iowa State University and a master's degree in hospitality management from the University of North Texas.
