Overview

This work concentrates on what will be the number one obstacle that chess players will face; That be-ing the short-castle, and its exploitation. Shown games are only that of successful short-castle attacks, in outtake form (right after castling), allowing for isolated analysis. This both saves time, and allows for a stronger understanding, when viewing across multiple examples; Readers will become keenly aware of certain tactics appearing time and time again. The chosen grandmasters for this work are Tal, Fischer, Karpov, Kasparov, Gelfand, Anand, and Carlsen. This work was developed with one and only one intention in mind: To take strong players, and develop them into strong master level players. Author based game analysis is provided when necessary.
