Daniel D. Novotný, Ph.D. (2008), University of Buffalo, is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and Research Associate in The Centre for Philosophy of Epidemiology, Medicine and Public Health at the University of Johannesburg. He has published monographs and numerous articles on Neo-Aristotelianism and applied philosophy, including Ens Rationis from Suarez to Caramuel: A Study in Scholasticism of the Baroque Era (Fordham University Press, 2013). He is also the editor-in-chief of Studia Neoaristotelica: A Journal of Analytical Scholasticism. Lukáš Novák, Ph.D. (2008), Charles University, Prague, is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and the J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem. He has published monographs and several articles on Neo-Aristotelianism and Scotism, including Relations as Accidental Forms (Editiones Scholasticae, 2023). He is also an editor of Studia Neoaristotelica: A Journal of Analytical Scholasticism.
